Shipping Policy

All U.S. orders are fulfilled same-day whenever possible.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–2 days, but depending on the carrier and location, total delivery time may be up to 7–8 days.

Silent North does not offer international shipping at this time.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, make sure to check your spam or promotions folder.


Returns / Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.

However, exchanges are available only for sizing issues.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Item must be unworn

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Shipping Provider Policy

Once your order is handed off to the carrier, Silent North is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If a customer enters an incorrect or invalid address:

  • If the package gets returned to us, we can reship it once you pay a new shipping fee

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


Care Instructions

For best results:

  • Wash cold, inside out

  • Use a gentle detergent

  • Hang dry or lay flat to dry

  • Avoid high heat — it may shrink the fabric or affect print quality
